What is a Dutch e-Auction?
The Dutch e-Auction is a kind of auction where the Buyer set up a starting price, that usually is too much low than the best exisiting offer. When the e-Auction starts, the price is moving up each an specified period of time (i.e. 30 seconds, 1 minute,.. etc.), the first supplier who accepts the price showed, becomes the winner.
